I understand I am dropping my kid(s) off at my own risk.

I agree to hold harmless the Filer Events Committee and Filer Senior Haven for any injury, allergic reaction, or other issue that may occur.

I understand that there will be Cheese and Pepperoni pizza from Little Caesar's served at the event and my child(ren) will have sugar cookies, chips, and Capri Sun juice available.

I MUST let organizers know about any allergies or medical conditions and authorize them to contact emergency services if needed.

I understand I MUST pick up my child(ren) NO LATER than 9 p.m.

I agree to pay $20 for 1 child and $15 for EACH additional child.

I understand the movie playing will be the non-cartoon version of "How The Grinch Stole Christmas" (PG) will play.
